Journaling – Part II
Journaling for Self-Love: You are the Love of Your Life

I have only one life to experience so I live fully.
I have only one heart to love so I choose wisely.
I have only one mind to share so I stay open.
I have only one body to cherish so I value it.
I have only one spirit to embrace so I express myself graciously.

Self-love seems to be a buzz word that is now widely used to describe what should have been not necessarily taught but rather experienced. And yet the irony is that not all of us have mastered the art of self-love. However, this art can be learned.

When we make time for ourselves, it’s not selfish, it’s self-loving. We all have responsibilities and anchors that either ground us or weigh us down (depending on our perspective) and yet it’s imperative to value ourselves as our biggest treasure.

Today I urge you, dear reader, to focus on yourself and watch everything else fall into place. I can promise you that this road may not always be paved with rose petals and you may get a bit lost along the way – it’s okay, that’s why we have compiled a handy list of prompts for your journaling practice (remember we have promised ourselves to journal?):

So provoke it! Provoke yourself, get to know the universe within and walk in love with yourself since that’s a romance that is to last forever.
